Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Book a Meeting Time, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
The service
Book a Meeting Time lets hosts publish availability, share public or private booking links, and create meetings through connected calendar and video services. Guests can select an offered time and provide details for the invitation.
A booking request depends on current availability and successful delivery to connected services. A confirmation shown by the service does not create a separate contract between Book a Meeting Time and the host or guest, and we are not responsible for whether participants attend or fulfill agreements they make with each other.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep login details and app-specific passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the calendar, availability, and booking settings you choose. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connected services
You may authorize the service to access Google Calendar, Apple Calendar through CalDAV, or Zoom. You must have permission to connect each account and to create invitations or meetings through it. Your use of a connected provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.
You can disconnect an integration from the Integrations page. Providers may change or stop their APIs, and those changes may limit a connected feature.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or misrepresent your identity;
- send spam, harassment, malware, or deceptive invitations;
- access an account, calendar, booking link, or data without permission;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
- reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; or
- use automated means to scrape the service or create accounts without permission.
We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe use violates these terms, threatens the service or another person, or creates legal risk.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of names, notes, meeting details, and other content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide the content.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue service features. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calendar providers, internet failures, maintenance, or events outside our control can delay or prevent availability checks and invitations.
Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or consumer right that law does not allow us to exclude.
Limits on liability
To the extent allowed by law, Book a Meeting Time will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect connected accounts. To request account deletion, email us. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and effective date here. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
